When did strawberries get so big?
And why do we need them to be that big?
They're beautiful to look at but sure didn't have much flavor.
Reckon they're genetically modified?
Inquiring minds want to know!
I know what you mean about those big strawberries...that's why I get organic ones...I worry about GMO (genetically modified organisms) berries and the organic berries are so flavorful and healthy and yummy.

We got some like that too.
We bought some huge ones last year but ours were delicious! Sorry you got "all show" strawberries....
Disney World grows berries like that. In fact, I just mentioned them on my blog yesterday. They are YUMMY though - full of flavor.
